Our processing technologies

Technologies

Specialists of our company have developed and tested the technology of poultry manure processing independent of feed composition, used antibiotics and special additives without using any organic or inorganic catalysts on biohumus plants of BGU VRS type, European production, which allow industrial-scale production of biohumates, providing reclamation of infertile, saline and polluted lands with simultaneous utilization of the entire volume of poultry manure produced at poultry farms
The volumes of concentrated biohumates production provide an opportunity to turn the sandy, highly leached, sour, saline and contaminated soils, unfavorable for crop cultivation and large areas of sour marsh soils into highly productive, humated soils in the shortest possible time as well as to humify all used fertile soils.

Biohumates

Biohumates are a natural and organic fertilizer produced from poultry manure fermented in anaerobic bioreactors without the use of any chemical or mineral additives. Biohumates contain high concentrations of humic and fulvic acids that stimulate plant growth, increase nutrient uptake, and enhance soil microbial activity. Studies have shown that biohumates can improve crop yields compared to conventional fertilizers while reducing the need for mineral fertilizers and pesticides. Biohumates can also remediate areas polluted by oil products, heavy and radioactive metals, and saline soils by improving soil structure and reducing the uptake of pollutants. Using biohumates represents a sustainable and cost-effective approach to agriculture and soil remediation.

Implemented objects

TADIS' implemented objects demonstrate the company's commitment to sustainable agriculture and the environment. Through their research and development of chicken manure processing technologies, they have produced several successful projects that are making a positive impact on the agricultural industry. From the small research unit to the large bioenergy plant, TADIS' projects are helping to reduce the negative impact of chicken manure on the environment while providing sustainable solutions for the agricultural industry.
